In this lecture we will focus on models that are linear in structural and linear or nonlinear in reduced-form model parameters but they have network patterns in the disturbances. We will consider procedures of weighted least squares to avoid inefficiencies in the estimation of the standard errors of parameters and in confidence intervals about test statistics.
